Cabian has announced the availability of a range of bridge rectifiers that offer long-term reliability.

Incorporating glass passivated protection (GPP) which reduces reverse leakage and makes production handling easier, these rectifiers are available in dil (DB-1), SMD (DB-S) and mini DB packages, with the surface mount version being particularly suited to compact applications such as PCMCIA modules.

For the DB-1 and DB-s versions the maximum average forward output current at 50 degrees C is 1A and the maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage is up to 1kV. The mini DB is only 30% of the size of the DB-1 and DB-s and is rated at 0.5S and 40 degrees C and up to 800V.
