Compliant-pin latched PCB header series for flat cable applications is available in standard sizes from 10 to 64 contacts

Harting has introduced a compliant-pin version of its SEK (insulation-displacement connection) latched PCB header series for flat cable applications. Designed around standard 2.54 x 2.54mm dimensions, the product range includes all standard sizes from 10 to 64 contacts with straight 4.5 mm compliant pins for a PCB thickness from 1.6 to 3.2mm.

The new connector design provides approved gastight connection quality, resulting in a reliable manufacturing process and guaranteed long-term usage.

The extension of the product range allows Harting to cover all press-in applications.

All connectors are lead (Pb) free and RoHS compliant, and comply with IEC60603-13.

The standard contact plating is 30um of gold, resulting in performance level 1; performance levels 2 or 3 are available on request.
